Raising Healthy Eaters
Time & Location
About the Event
Are meal-times stressful and do they sometimes end in tears, with little ones refusing most meals or only eating a very limited selection of foods?
A varied diet is essential for children's overall health and development and raising a picky eater can be extremely worrying. However, it is possible to reverse picky eating and help children who are sensory eaters to explore new foods and expand their diet. In this workshop, I teach you my 5 step process that will help you take control of meal-times and encourage your kids to experiment with new foods in a fun and stress free way.
These tried and tested strategies have helped my son transform his relationship with food and has turned a fussy and sensory eater into an adventurous one.
This 2 week course is delivered over zoom and each session is 1.5 hrs.
